विषय/Sub : सत्र जनवरी-मई 2010 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ कक्षाओं के लिए नामाँकन के संबन्ध में। Organization of Hindi classes under the Hindi Teaching Scheme – Jan-May 2010 Session- reg.
उप निदेशक(द), हिन्दी शिक्षण योजना, चेन्नै के निदेशानुसार हिं.शि.यो. द्वारा आयोजित सत्र जनवरी-मई 2010 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ कक्षाएँ 2010 जनवरी के दूसरे हफ़्ते में शुरू हो रही हैं । सभी कार्यालयों से यह अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ पाठ्य1क्रमों के लिए नामांकन सूची 21.12.2009 तक इस कार्यालय को भेजें ताकि विभिन्न कार्यालयों से नामित अधिकांश कर्मचारियों की सुविधानुसार समय-सारणी तैयार की जा सके । सभी कार्यालय अध्यक्षों से निवेदन है कि वे अपने कार्यालय के अप्रशिक्षित कर्मचारियों में से अधिकाधिक कर्मचारियों को इन पाठ्यक्रमों के लिये निम्नलिखित तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए नामित करें।
1. जिन कर्मचारियों ने नवंबर 2009 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण परीक्षा दी हो उन्हें परिणाम की प्रतीक्षा किए बिना अगले पाठ्यक्रम के लिए नामित करें।
2. संसदीय राजभाषा समिति की सिफारिशों के आधार पर सन् 2015 तक हिंदी भाषा प्रशिक्षण पूरा करना है। इस संबंध में गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी काज्ञा सं 21034/18/2008 राभा(प्र), दि. 22/04/2008 के अनुसार केंद्र सरकार के जिन कर्मचारियों ने मेट्रिक स्तर
या उससे उच्चतर किसी परीक्षा में हिंदी द्वितीय अथवा तृतीय भाषा के रूप में उत्तीर्ण की है, उन्हें हिंदी का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान प्राप्त समझा जाएगा और उन्हें प्राज्ञा प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य नहीं होगा।
जिन कार्यालयों के अध्यक्ष अपने ही कार्यालय परिसर में कक्षा चलाने के इच्छुक हों, वे नामांकन सहित विकल्प 21.12.2009 तक भेज दें। सत्र जनवरी-मई 2010 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ कक्षाएँ 2010 जनवरी के दूसरे सप्ताह से आयोजित की जा रही हैं। केन्द्र के नाम, समय आदि की जानकारी आपके कार्य़ालय से नामाँकन सूची निम्नलिखित प्रपत्र में प्राप्त होने पर अग्रेषित की जाएगी।
नामित प्रशिक्षार्थियों की सूची दिनांक 21.12.’09 तक अधोहस्ताक्षरी को अवश्य भेजें।
The next session of Hindi Prabodh, Praveen & Pragya classes under the Hindi Teaching Scheme, will commence from the second week of January 2010, for employees of the Central Government offices / Undertakings/ Nationalized Banks / Autonomous Bodies etc. as per the directions of the Deputy Director (S), H.T.S., Chennai.
All offices are requested to send their nomination list consisting of names and designations of trainees for the Prabodh/Praveen/Pragya courses , positively, by the 21st of January 2010, so as to enable us to set a time table which would be convenient to the majority of employees nominated from various offices.
All offices are requested to nominate maximum number of officers/employees for these classes and while nominating the trainees, the following points may please be kept in view:-
1. The employees who appeared for Prabodh & Praveen examinations in Nov 2009 may be nominated for the next higher course without waiting for the results.
2. As per the recommendations of the Parliamentary Committee on Official Language, The Govt. of India has decided that Hindi language training should be completed before the year 2015. According to the M.H.A O.M No:21034/18/2008-OL(Trg) dated 22.04.08 in this connection, those who have passed matric or higher exam with Hindi as a second or third language will be treated as having working knowledge in Hindi and Pragya training is NOT COMPULSORY for them.
The heads of offices desirous of having a class in their own office premises may send their option before 21st of December 2009. The classes for session Jan-May 2010 will commence from the second week of January 2010. The details regarding teaching centers and time table will be forwarded to you as soon as the list of trainees is received from your office in the following proforma.
