जुलाई-नवं सत्र 2019 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ/पारंगत कक्षाएँ- परिपत्र व ओन-लाइन आवेदन। Circular and Online Application for PRABODH/PRAVEEN/PRAGYA/PAARANGAT classes/ Exam – July-Nov 2019 Session

हिन्दी शिक्षण योजना द्वारा आयोजित सत्र जुलाई-नवं 2019 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ/पारंगत
कक्षाएँ 2019 जुलाई महीने के द्वितीय सप्ताह में शुरू हो रही हैं।
सभी कार्यालयों से यह अनुरोध है कि वे प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ/पारंगत पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए नामांकन सूची 26/06/2019 तक इस कार्यालय को भेजें। यह भी निवेदन है कि
वे अपने कार्यालय के अप्रशिक्षित कर्मचारियों में से अधिकाधिक कर्मचारियों को इन पाठ्यक्रमों
के लिए निम्नलिखित तथ्यों को ध्यान में रखते हुए नामित करें।
The July - November 2019 session of Hindi Prabodh, Praveen, Pragya and Paarangat
classes under the Hindi Teaching Scheme, will commence from the second
week of July 2019. All offices may please send their nomination list
comprising names and designations of trainees for the Prabodh/Praveen/Pragya/Paarangat
courses, positively by 26/06/2019. The
officers are requested to nominate maximum number of officers/employees for
these classes and while nominating the trainees, the following points may
please be kept in view:-
प्रबोध
यह पाठ्यक्रम प्रारंभिक स्तर का है इसमें कन्नड़,
तमिल, मलयालम,
तेलुगू,
अंग्रेजी,
मणिपुरी,
मिज़ो भाषा भाषी अधिकारी /कर्मचारी प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। वे सभी अधिकारी / कर्मचारी जिन्हें प्राइमरी स्तर की हिंदी का ज्ञान नहीं है प्रबोध प्रशिक्षण के पात्र हैं।
जिन अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों को कार्यालय में कोई सचिवालयीन
काम करने,
टिप्पणियाँ लिखने या पत्र-व्यवहार करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती जैसे
स्टाफ कार ड्राइवर, इंजन ड्राइवर, रिकॉर्ड सॉर्टर,
इलेक्ट्रिशियन, फिटर,
डाकिया, टेलिफोन ऑपरेटर आदि,
उनके लिए केवल प्रबोध प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य है।
प्रवीण
यह पाठ्यक्रम माध्यमिक स्तर का है इसमें प्रबोध
परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण अधिकारी / कर्मचारी नामित होंगे। मराठी,
सिंधी,
मैथिली,
संथाली,
बोडो,
डोगरी,
नेपाली, गुजराती,
बांग्ला,
असमिया और उड़िया भाषा भाषी अधिकारी /
कर्मचारी जिन्हें मिडल स्तर तक की हिंदी का ज्ञान नहीं है इसमें
सीधे प्रवेश ले सकते हैं।
जिन अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों को सामान्यतः स्वयं
कोई सचिवालयीन कार्य करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होती परंतु जिनके लिए हिंदी
में पत्र व्यवहार तथा रिपोर्ट आदि का काम करने के लिए हिंदी का
ज्ञान आवश्यक हो जैसे वैज्ञानिक, डॉक्टर,
नर्स तथा प्रयोगशालाओं वा वर्कशॉप के पर्यवेक्षक आदि,
उनके लिए प्रवीण प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य है।
प्राज्ञ
इसमें प्रवीण परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण तथा अन्य हिंदीतर
भाषा भाषी कार्मिकों जिनकी मातृभाषा पंजाबी उर्दू कश्मीरी या पश्तो है
और जिन्हें मैट्रिक स्तर की हिंदी का ज्ञान नहीं है,
प्रशिक्षण हेतु पात्र हैं।
जिन अधिकारियों / कर्मचारियों को
सचिवालयीन कार्य, टिप्पणी लेखन तथा पत्र व्यवहार करना पड़ता है उनके लिए प्राज्ञ प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
पारंगत
केंद्र सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों विभागों तथा संबंधित अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों, केंद्र सरकार के
स्वामित्व अथवा नियंत्रणाधीन सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों, सांविधिक निकायों,
उद्यमों,
अभिकरण,
निगम तथा राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के हिंदी में कार्य साधक ज्ञान
प्राप्त सभी कार्मिक प्रशिक्षण हेतु पात्र हैं।
जिन कर्मचारियों ने मई 2019 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ परीक्षा दी हो उन्हें परिणाम की प्रतीक्षा
किए बिना अगले पाठ्यक्रम के लिए नामित करें। The
employees who have appeared for Prabodh, Praveen or Pragya examination in the
previous session may be nominated for the next higher course without waiting
for the results.
उपनिदेशक
(परीक्षा), हिंदी शिक्षण योजना, नई दिल्ली के पत्र संख्या 15/2/2016 – उ.नि(परीक्षा)/1022 दिनांक 09/05/2016
के अनुसार परीक्षार्थियों को प्रत्येक प्रश्न-पत्र में कम-से-कम 35% अंक प्राप्त कर उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है। परीक्षार्थी के किसी एक प्रश्न-पत्र
में अनुत्तीर्ण होने पर उसे केवल उसी प्रश्न-पत्र में अनुत्तीर्ण घोषित किया जाएगा
तथा उसे केवल उसी प्रश्न-पत्र को उत्तीर्ण करना आवश्यक होगा। इस प्रकार “पूरक” आने पर अगले ही सत्र की परीक्षा
में प्राइवेट रूप से अपने मूल अनुक्रमांक से पूरक परीक्षा में बैठना होगा। पूरक
परीक्षा में भी पास न होने पर उसे पूर्णतया अनुत्तीर्ण घोषित किया जाएगा।
As per the OL number 15/2/2016 – उ.नि(परीक्षा)/1022
dated 09/05/2016, it is necessary for the candidate to get a minimum of 35%
marks in each paper in order to be declared “Passed”. Those who receive less
than 35% marks in any one of the three papers will be declared failed in that
one paper alone. Such candidates who have been declared पूरक
(Supplementary) will have to appear as private candidate with his original roll
number in the examination of the very next session itself. The candidate will
be declared Failed if he/she does not get pass mark in Purak (supplementary)
examination.

वैयक्तिक वेतन | Personal Pay – हिंदी भाषा की परीक्षाएँ उत्तीर्ण करने पर
केंद्र सरकार के अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों को 12 महीने की अवधि के लिए एक वेतन वृद्धि के
बराबर का वैयक्तिक वेतन दिया जाता है। यह प्रोत्साहन उस पाठ्यक्रम की परीक्षा में
उत्तीर्ण होने पर देय होगा जिसे कर्मचारी के लिए अंतिम पाठ्यक्रम निर्धारित किया
गया हो। Personal pay equal to one increment for a
period of 12 months is granted to the Central Govt. officers/employees on
passing the Hindi language examination prescribed as final course for them.
सत्र जुलाई-नवं 2019 की प्रबोध/प्रवीण/प्राज्ञ/पारंगत कक्षाएँ जुलाई के द्वितीय सप्ताह से प्रारंभ की जाएँगी। प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रों
का ब्यौरा और कक्षाओं की समय सारणी आपके कार्यालय से नामांकन प्राप्त होने के बाद
अलग से भेज दी जाऐगी। अगर कोई कार्यालय अपने ही परिसर में कोई कक्षा चलाने का
इच्छुक हो तो अपना प्रस्ताव भेज सकता है, बशर्ते कि वांछित प्रत्येक कक्षा के
लिए नामांकन 15 से अधिक हो।
The classes for session July-November 2019 will commence from the
second week of July 2019. The details regarding teaching centers and time table
will be forwarded to you as soon as the list of trainees is received from your
office in the following proforma. If any office is interested to have any of
the classes at their own premises may offer the same, provided the nomination
for each of the desired class exceeds a minimum of 15 candidates.
परीक्षा शुल्क | Examination fee: बैंक/निगम/ भारत सरकार के उपक्रम आदि के परीक्षार्थियों
के लिए प्रति परीक्षार्थी रु 100/- की दर से परीक्षा शुल्क देय है। पारंगत के लिए कोई परीक्षा शुल्क नहीं है । For the trainees of
enterprises/corporations/banks/public bodies owned and controlled by Government
of India, the examination fee of Rs. 100/- per trainee is payable except for
Paarangat exam. (OM 21034/52/2010 OL(Trg) Dated 14/12/2010)
परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान निम्नप्रकार किया जाना है । Mode of Payment of fee:
The examination fee cannot be paid in cash. The payment may be
made by demand draft or online through website www.onlinesbi.com→ State Bank Collect → State of
Corporate/Institutions → All India→ Type of Corporate/ Institution→ Govt.
Dept.→ Hindi Teaching Scheme Dept. of official language MHA→ Hindi Teaching
Scheme.
भुगतान होने के बाद ट्रेनसैक्शन संख्या की
पुष्टि में रसीद की प्रतिलिपि ई-मल द्वारा भेज दें। After making payment a copy of the receipt may be e-mailed in
support of the transaction number quoted in the application.

की सूची दिनांक 26/06/2019 तक अधोहस्ताक्षरी को अवश्य भेजें। अगर डाक
द्वारा भेज रहे हैं तो साथ ही एक प्रति htscbe@gmail.com पर ई-मेल भी करें। कक्षाओं में प्रविष्टि जुलाई
15 तक संपन्न हो जाएगी तथा उसके बाद प्राप्त आवेदन किसी भी हालत में स्वीकृत नहीं
होगा|The details including the list of nominated
trainees may please be sent to this office in the above format by 26/06/2019 and a copy may be e-mailed to htscbe@gmail.com. The admission will close by the 15th
of July and any application received after that date will not be entertained.
